Your collection is already set up for you with fields and content. Add your own content or import it from a CSV file. Add fields for any type of content you want to display, such as rich text, images, and videos. Be sure to click Sync after making changes in a collection, so visitors can see your newest content on your live site.
Heather enjoys teaching Yoga as it helps others stay mobile and balanced so they can continue to do the things they love doing. If you are a beginner or advanced you will enjoy the challenging classes Heather provides. They are mixture of Vinyasa Yoga, strength training, and mobility Work. Her class atmosphere is easy going with lots of laughter. Heather also enjoys being upside down doing inversion postures and holds many workshops throughout the year. Heather is also the Owner of Balanced Movement.
