About the event
This workshop will: -Introduce the basic physiology of the pelvic floor - Benefit all ages and both men/women -Review common health concerns like pelvic organ prolapse, diastasic recti, incontinence & pelvic pain -Provide considerations for pregnancy/postpartum people -Discuss common symptoms associated with pelvic floor health like leaking, pressure, queefing, & coning/doming -Introduce breathing & movement strategies that you can start using right away - Give you a sage place to try new ways of moving, learning, sharing, & thinking -Provide a short work or flow to try it all out!
