About the event
Ages 10-17yrs. This a beginners 8 week class series for teenagers. These classes will help reduce risk of injury in sports, enhance performance in their regularly scheduled activities such as sports or dance, improve posture, flexibility, strength and balance and encourages presence in day-to-day life. Your teenager will leave with a better awareness of their body movements and tools to take with them beyond these classes. The room will be heated to 80 degrees. Drop in rate of $15 per class or a $100 for the whole series.
