Our Hot Yoga sequence is based on the traditional 26 posture series with plenty of room for variations and modifications. This series was designed specifically for beginners, but is suitable for all levels and certainly remains challenging to the more advanced student. The room is heated to 90 Degrees with added humidity.

VINYASA YOGA
1:00pm
An invigorating, challenging, and dynamic flow class. This practice focuses on building strength, mobility, flexibility and balance, connecting the link between breath and movement. You will never practice the same sequence twice! Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level. Room is heated between 78-82 degrees - All levels welcomed modifications or advancements offered.

Barre
2:30pm
Barre is a workout that will strengthen and balance your body with low-impact movement and isometric holds. A combination of ballet, yoga, and pilates. Class is 45 minutes long

VINYASA YOGA:
4:00pm
A dynamic flow class bringing focus to flexibility and balance, connecting the link between breath and movement. You will never practice the same sequence twice! Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level. Room is heated between 78-82 degrees - All levels welcomed modifications or advancements offered.
