This class allows you to arrive and enjoy quiet stillness, warm up, and energize the body. You will leave class ready to enter the rest of your day with vitality and equanimity. Morning Yoga honors each individuals’ energetic levels earlier in the morning. You may flow through postures or find periods of stillness. All Levels – great for beginners.
A dynamic flow class. This practice focuses on building strength, mobility, flexibility and balance, connecting the link between breath and movement. You will never practice the same sequence twice! Learn to go with the flow, find your edge and practice at your own level. This class is ideal for intermediate practitioners, however beginners are welcomed and variations will be given.
A Traditional 26/2 Hot Yoga class. It is a set sequence of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayamas (breathing exercises). The entire sequence is done twice. This is a 90-minute class practiced in our Infrared room heated to 90-100° F with 20-30% humidity.
All Levels active relaxation class. We will use bolsters, blankets, and blocks to get into passive poses, so the body can experience the benefits of a pose without having to exert any effort.
Mind-Flow Yoga Bilingual
In this 60-minute vinyasa class, we’ll unite parts of the practice of yoga together on the mat. Breathe through guided movement in community (pranayama in Sanskrit). Listen to your body’s needs and move with attention to muscle activity, joint space, and connective tissue. Reenergize by joining us to practice and flow through yoga poses (asana in Sanskrit). Variations will be offered for your body’s unique functional alignment with the assistance of props. All levels of movers are welcomed and encouraged! GREAT class for beginners. Class spoken in English with Spanish cues given.
This class moves at a slower pace ideal for 55 yrs+ who are looking to enhance their physical health and overall wellness. During class you can expect to work on body control, flexibility, and moving your joints through usable ranges of motion.
Express Barre is a workout that will strengthen and balance your body with low-impact movement and isometric holds. Barre is a combination of ballet, pilates, and yoga. Class is 45 minutes long.
Animal flow seems like movements you would find in breakdancing, gymnastics, yoga poses (asana), martial arts, and animal locomotion exercises (like bear crawls). We will spend time preparing and readying the body for dynamic, ground based movement made fun, challenging, and effective. This movement system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all movement levels. ANIMAL FLOW has something for everybody! All levels of movers are welcomed and encouraged!
You will be guided through a mindful seated movement flow to help prepare the body for mediation. After movement you will be given a guided mediation and then begin to use crystal bowls for a sound healing session. The frequency of the bowls help to create deep, restorative states of relaxation, as well as helping to move any stuck or stagnant energy.
A fusion of fitness and yoga. You’ll experience the benefits of a hot sweaty cardiovascular workout – with some traditional yogic postures Be prepared to dive deep into your breath, thoughts and emotions.
