What To Expect
Learn key yoga alignment & benefits through short instructional videos.
The core of the program is the training section (60% of your time). You’ll progressively learn poses and exercises, record yourself for review, and get personalized feedback from your coach.
Focus on voice, timing, and other teaching techniques with 1:1 sessions.
You’ll come together with your coach and teammates for a real-time online video training session. Practicing and drilling, getting feedback, giving feedback. You’ll make friends!
